4. Filing Fees to Expunge:
Circuit Clerk’s Fee: $30.00 payable to the “Clerk of the Circuit Court”
Illinois State Police: $60.00 per case payable to “IL State Police” in the form of personal check, cashier’s check or money order only.
5. Filing Fees to Seal:
Illinois State Police: $60.00 per case payable to “IL State Police” in the form of personal check, cashier’s check or money order only.
