4Q. How do I file a  Divorce, Small Claims, Forcible Detainer, or a Probate Case?
4A. The Circuit Clerk's Office cannot give legal advice. Forms are available for Divorce, Forcible Detainer, and Small Claims in Room 108.  Probate documents must be drawn up by the constituent or an attorney.

7A. Be sure to let your attorney know. If you proceeded with the case pro-se, then you may file a wage deduction or citation in Room 108.
